1. Returns
We offer returns on most products, provided they meet the following conditions:

- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item, and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:

3. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
4. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Once we approve your return, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. A Return Authorization (RA) number may be required.Pack the Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.Ship the Item
Ship the item to the address provided. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your reference.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Please provide photographs of the damage or defect when you contact us to help expedite the process.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still initiate a return once you receive the product.
